“I got sideswiped in a parking lot last spring. After calling a few shops and realizing that the repair would not only be very costly, but I would have to wait a long time, I came across Steven. He was on his way to Bozeman, so he said he'd swing by and take a look. He shot me a very good price, so we shook hands on the job. I dropped off my Prius a few weeks later.When Steven got into the job, he found all kinds of problems (the car had been totaled twice before I bought it). Unlike the previous shops that apparently sloppily slapped things together, Steven was determined to fix it right... and he did! Though it took him longer, and it was a much bigger job than he anticipate, he remained positive and only charged me what he quoted.Out of guilt, I gave him a gift certificate to the Mint (he deserved much more). These days, it is a rare individual who operates like Steven (someone with high quality standards who does business on a handshake and sticks to their commitments come hell or high water).
