“Expertly repaired our "rear-ended" toyota highlander. Available when others had long waiting lists. Unfortunately (but understandably) missed a broken mounting bracket for radar sensor hidden inside the bumper. When the sensor fell out months later, they cheerfully paid for its replacement by another shop while we were out-of-state. Also, without any question, paid for car rental during that repair. Really good people!!”

“We are moving from Cincinnati, OH to Bigfork, MT and needed to buy a pre owned vehicle online that would be ready when our flight arrives. We found what we were looking for at Gallatin Subaru and started the process with a call to the Sales Manager. He politely pointed us to our sales person, Cole. We have received excellent care from Cole. He has been friendly and professional and took the time to provide us with an up close, personal FaceTime tour of the of the SUV and was careful to point out the minor imperfections that show on the body of the car. Gallatin Subaru’s one price approach eliminated the traditional, unpleasant negotiating tactics that many dealers still put people through. Cole facilitated the entire purchase process and handed us off to Dimitrios in Finance. Dimitrios was pleasant and efficient. He offered the additional warranty products but was not overbearing. We happily give a five star review to Cole and Dimitri. The Gallatin Subaru management is fortunate to have them both on their team. We can’t wait to take (free) delivery of our used vehicle later this month!”

They got the car repaired much faster than I had feared, given what I had heard form other folk who had had accidents recently. In the end management was not able to match another dealership but Gerans great customer service still made it a positive experience, one that had me wishing it could've worked out. “I had an AMAZING experience at autobody experience. I had damage to my rear bumper, when i came for the estimate they dropped me off at a nearby coffee shop so I could work til the car was done, then they picked me back up! The work itself was done extremely well, I’m including pictures (include the dirt, my car got rained on). My car looks BRAND new and they even washed it which was so nice. They let me pick my car up after hours because that was the only time I could, and when I got there they had the car warmed up for me! I’d recommend them to anyone in Bozeman!”
