“Rented a car for a few days from this place. The pick up and drop off were very smooth supported by excellent customer service. The price was much more reasonable compared to the airport. It is about 15 mins from the airport & has a shuttle service to pick up and drop from the airport which makes it convenient. Overall, highly recommended!

“I flew in to purchase a vehicle out of state from Abie at Gallatin Subaru and the entire process was ridiculously seamless. Abie transparently answered all my questions about the car, was super easy to coordinate with, and even sent a car to pick me up at the airport. “I showed up at Napa and figured they were still open. They closed early because of the holiday and I had missed my chance by 10 minutes. I didnt expect to get any help with it being Christmas Eve.

“A few years ago I was driving (sober) down an icy road, and forgot about a 90 degree turn at the end of a hill. I hit an ice wall and flew ~100 feet into some trees. I walked away with barely a scratch and probably a concussion, but the car was totaled. Buying a different car was not an option, and so I looked around to find parts for my older vehicle, and brought them and the car to Del. He fixed it up (I think in just a few hours?) and he gave me a discount because I was a poor college kid. My car has been running great for years, and it looks almost like nothing has happened to it! (Except my paint job.) Some businesses I like, but some businesses are just spectacular and in a league of their own. I love Del's shop. Affordable, and an excellent gentleman.”
