“Hollifield's went above and beyond when my car died on a drive home from a weekend trip. I had to wait until they were able to tow my car as they were a bit short staffed, but as soon as they were able to assist me it went so quickly and smoothly. They found the problem within minutes and made sure to check that they had all the information on my engine which they don't get in very often. After making sure several of their folks looked at it, they had to give me the hard news that I'd need a whole engine replacement and for my car it wasn't worth the cost. They then proceeded to help me find my way home as I was still 8 hours out from my destination, and they aided me in getting a ride to the closest airport. They were kind, professional, and understanding as I said goodbye to my car of 13 years. They helped me out more than I expected and I am forever grateful. I could not have had better luck than to break down in their area, and I am so grateful for all the support during an unexpected and hard time. I highly recommend their services!”
