“This location has great amenities, especially in the club house! They have plenty of public space, including a theater room and full kitchen. There is a lot of room for activities, as I recently attended a residence party hosted by Alex that was a great time! She did a great job planning and providing accommodations in the space for all involved.”

“I normally never post, but I have been here for half a year now and am fairly happy with my stay. The staff are nice, willing to listen if you have a problem, and actually do something about it if they can. Maintenance is helpful and good about explaining what was wrong and the fixes they did. For downtown, the price is in the range with everywhere else. Not cheap, but certainly not overly expensive. Parking isn't as bad as I thought it would be. The only drawbacks I have so far are personal or with roommates, but I've learned that is fairly typical, as this is my first time ever with roommates.
Bonus: I am in one of the cheapest layouts, and you still get laundry inside your room, which is nice. I know some students don't want to go to a laundry mat of some sort for laundry, so this is nice. If you are one of these, I highly suggest The Roam. It is more expensive than staying further away, but for downtown it is not bad at all. : )”
