Copper Run at Reserve is a purely contemporary, beautiful community offering premium finishes and wide-open spaces in its apartments. The buildings and grounds are maintained regularly. The staff and management are friendly, very helpful, and professional. The vibrant community features a really cool clubhouse, a resort-style swimming pool, and a small gym. It is a dog and cat-friendly community with reasonable pet fees. The location is convenient, within a quarter-mile to major grocery and retail shops and bus stops. Residents love their apartments and highlight the in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and storage closet as significant benefits. The move-in and move-out processes are described as seamless and going really well. Maintenance requests receive prompt responses through an online service system, and residents report no problem reaching anyone. Neighbors are noted as quiet and respectful. A common complaint is about insulation, with apartments getting very cold in winter despite heating, leading to high energy bills. Additionally, the hot tub was noted as never being open. Despite this, residents have enjoyed their time, finding it a nice place to live and highly recommending it for its luxury, comfort, and vibrant energy.

I toured these apartments, and they are very nice. The clubhouse is awesome and includes a movie theater! There’s a pool, and you can use the hot tub year-round. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
