I lost my phone in the river on Saturday July 11th. The store closed at 7 on Brooks street, she had a customer when I got there, the tablets weren’t working right (frustration for her and the manager) the gal stayed and helped me get in a new phone. I appreciated it very much. Thank you!

I wasn't treated very well at the Reserve store. Completely difference experience on Brooks. Lexis was phenomenal, very patience very kind, had my phone fixed under 5 minutes.
