Austin was fantastic. I came in to purchase a new iPhone. Austin was with another customer but addressed me immediately to let me know he'd be with me as soon as possible. Very much a polite thing to do. Finishing with his other customer, he promptly helped me find the iPhone I wanted. I'm not a tech guy as evidenced by the iPhone 7 I was replacing. But he was knowledgeable, helpful and took care of everything...from transferring my number to finding the right accessories to transferring all my data to finding the right plan with discounts so I'd get the best value. It had to be the smoothest tech purchase I ever made. He was quite a nice person and answered all of my questions (and going from an iPhone 7 to a 16, I had a lot of questions) with professionalism, confidence and was never the slightest bit condescending to a non-savvy tech guy like myself. I walked out of there feeling great about the purchase, the place and the person who made the experience stress free. So big kudos to AT&T for having someone like Austin on staff.

Very poor customer service I stopped by the store today at 6:45 PM, Feb17th The door is locked. The worker came over and I asked him if we could look at a new phone and also I had a phone that we have had something jammed up where the charger goes. He said I am closed and I have to get home to my dog, and I am not technical support, this is the case, then the door should not read. It is open until 7 PM. This is not the The first sight this happened but will be the last time I stopped by the store

Austin did a great job getting us back online. after calling into AT&T and going to other stores we walked in and again Austin was able to find out our issue corrected and get us out within 10 minutes. He did an awesome job.

Came to this store after a very rude horrible employee on a reserve store was yelling at us and telling us never come back after he was rude to a 5-year-old grandson for doing nothing but asking about the bowl suckers in the middle of the room. The employees at this store were very friendly knew what they were doing and even after I told them about the other store has said they've had many people complaints
about him. They had my SIMs card fixed and done within 15 minutes no problems at all, very professional people unlike the reserve store.
