“I almost NEVER leave reviews, and when I do, they’re often negative. This one is the exception. I’m in Missoula from out of state, visiting a relative who’s in long term care, using his vehicle while I’m here. Had a minor crunch, didn’t want to leave it that way, so went to Russ and one other place. Russ had me the quote in ten minutes, a full day less than the competition, and the repair done the following week before I left town. I hope I never need body work again in Missoula, but if I do, I know I only have one place to go.”

“I scraped the side of my car on the garage door, and came in to House of Color for a repair estimate. The technician wiped down the scuffed door with a solvent-soaked rag to check the damage, and it looked 90% better after the scrubbing. To fully repair the door, he mentioned that the door needed replacement (about a $1000 job). But my car is old, and I decided it looked good enough as it is.
Another auto body shop quoted me $3000 to repair the door. House of Color did the little job for free! It pays to shop around.”
“While unable to provide assistance with my road tripping transmission problems because of occupied work bays, the gentleman with the handle bar mustache offered worthwhile advice and even offered spare parts if I narrowed my issue down. Friendly and willing to give advice shows a lot about their customer service”

“Peggy Swartz, Service Consultant, is a rock star. She provided the BEST service I’ve ever experienced from a dealership. Her customer service is top notch. Traveling thru Montana from Washington State I had a red engine light go on. Stopped by Missoula Chevrolet service just before closing time. Peggy managed to fit me into their schedule the next day and their top-notch technicians fixed the red light issue. My rear differential was making a lot of noise so they checked it out. It was failing. Peggy was able to order the necessary parts in a timely manner and get the job done while keeping me informed of their progress along the way. She went above and beyond to get my truck finished quickly. I have to say she pulled a rabbit of a hat. Made the impossible, possible. If I lived in Missoula, this Chevrolet service department would have a customer for life. Thank you, Peggy!”

“This review is way over due. I apologize. In April of 2025 my wife and I encountered a deer on highway 93 just north of Victor. Our 2014 Honda Pilot was in need of front drivers side and front end work. I wish I could post before and after pics. Some people said it was totaled. Shawn looked at it and said it wasn't. Basolo auto body brought our Pilot back to her beautiful self. In our opinion there is no other body shop in Missoula. Basolo is it. Not only are their prices fair, they are easy to work with and are good people!!”

“Walked in to meet 2 very friendly individuals. The 2 working seem to work together very well, answering phone calls while helping me. I was seeking a pretty silly part, a stupid rubber grommet for an old truck! I couldn't find the right part and the girl who was most available was very helpful in finding me the right fit. Jenn called me right away when the part came in and the part truck came in really fast with the part I needed. I also asked about a quote for a transmission and they helped me to get that info. For my JIMMY the warrany on the transmission will be 300k miles!!!!! I will have to buy my transmission here!”
