I called Muffler Bandit and told them I was in town for today only and to see if they can squeeze me in. They got me in and out in an hour!! The owner was fun to talk too! “Peggy Swartz, Service Consultant, is a rock star. She provided the BEST service I’ve ever experienced from a dealership. Her customer service is top notch. Traveling thru Montana from Washington State I had a red engine light go on. Stopped by Missoula Chevrolet service just before closing time. Peggy managed to fit me into their schedule the next day and their top-notch technicians fixed the red light issue. My rear differential was making a lot of noise so they checked it out. It was failing. Peggy was able to order the necessary parts in a timely manner and get the job done while keeping me informed of their progress along the way. She went above and beyond to get my truck finished quickly. I have to say she pulled a rabbit of a hat. Made the impossible, possible. If I lived in Missoula, this Chevrolet service department would have a customer for life. Thank you, Peggy!”

“I was sent here to pick up a load of old batteries for recycling. I called ahead and was told to park the truck and trailer on the street in front of the store. As soon as I pulled up a forklift driver saw me and directed me to where she wanted me. Three employees immediately came out and started loading my trailer. They were friendly, efficient, and fast. One of the easiest shippers I've ever been to. The load was heavy but they knew exactly how to load the trailer to legal weight. I would definitely pick up a load from them again.”
