“Called on a Monday morning on the off chance Novus could replace the windshield on our Jeep Gladiator that was damaged while being towed behind our motorhome over the weekend.. “Sure”, was the reply with a 1:00 appointment scheduled. Windshield was replaced by 2:00 and after the insurance paperwork was handled, we were on our way!

“They were able to get my windshield quickly and the job did get done, but not a professional atmosphere, when you walk in and you have two guys on the couch like they are teen agers in a basement smoking weed. Don't get me wrong I just find it kind of funny. I did give 4 stars.”
