“After being underwhelmed (to put it mildly in some cases) by some other tire shops around Missoula, I had Roemer's recommended to me by the good folks at Master Tech Toyota's Only.
I had an interesting noise happening only in reverse on the front driver's side wheel. All it ended up being was a missing bolt on the brake caliper moving it just enough so that it was hitting the inside of the wheel in reverse. One bolt replaced and a complimentary quick inspection of everything later and Roemer's had me on my way for next to no time or money. I will have to go out of my way to go to Roemer's, but I think they will be worth the extra 10 minutes of drive time. Thanks!”

“The service department guys got me right in for my pre-paid oil change. My only concern was that I didn't receive any written confirmation upon completion of my oil change. Apparently, there was computer hackers that took many of the Dodge dealerships computer software out, so customers didn't receive an account of what work was done on their vehicles.
My oil change was done on Wednesday,

“I want to say a great big thank you to the people that work for Superior Towing. Professional, fast, and kind enough to stop and offer help when I was stranded with a flat tire. Trying to get help thru my auto insurance was taking hours. Shawn stopped and offered help along with a business card, on a day he was traveling not working. I literally was in tears with gratitude. Took him about 30 minutes. My insurance should cover the cost of repair but even if denied it was well worth what I paid to have it taken care of. Thank you again!”

“I had the best experience with this company. I came in from Idaho and was getting a windshield replaced when they noticed my muffler was cracked and broken. I called Muffler Bandit and told them I was in town for today only and to see if they can squeeze me in. They got me in and out in an hour!! The owner was fun to talk too! The reason I choose this place is because my dog's name is Bandit plus, they had excellent reviews!! I would highly recommend them!!”

“Truly above-and-beyond customer service. My rear-view mirror broke off and badly chipped the windshield, and I was dreading having to replace the whole thing. They fit me in last-minute without an appointment, assessed the issue and explained the underlying cause, and fixed it quickly. “I normally don't leave reviews, however Young Grizzly Harley was very impressive in dealing with us. The sales department was excellent! Dealing with Kristian and Jared was great. The negotiating process while buying our 2021 Tri Glide was fun and fair. I feel the price was fair for both parties. Robbie in finance was quick with the paperwork as well as informative. We did not purchase a warranty, however when we had a coolant leak on the first ride they stood behind it 100%. Rich Wilder, the store manager brought a trailer to our house and took the bike to the shop. Thanks to John and Ernie in sevice we were repaired and back on the road in just a couple days. This dealership certainly went above and beyond. Best Harley dealership we've ever worked with.”
