The staff is informative without trying to upsell and offers real customer service, making customers feel welcome like a friend. The atmosphere is pleasant and the dealership feels like a real H-D shop. They are very accommodating and helpful, offering encouragement and getting people back on two wheels. Their service department is highly recommended for being able to handle urgent repairs quickly, like changing a tire or finding parts even when OEM items are back ordered. The team gets work done right away and has bikes ready to roll. Their prices are also noted as some of the most reasonable anywhere. It is a place with easy access and a pleasant atmosphere, receiving high recommendations from customers.

Came in just to browse ended up getting some super helpful info from JP in the service area. He knew I was from out of town and not looking to buy but went well out of his way to talk me through options. Hell yeah Harley. Thank you JP.
