“I saw the 1.9 star rating before I decided to rent from Hertz/Thrifty, but because I needed to pick up a car at 1am, I had no other choice unless I wanted to pay a lot more money. So I took the risk and booked a reservation. The car pickup and dropoff were seamless, the car was great, and the employee answered all my questions. I wasn't hit with any hidden fees. So I'm going to give them 5 stars to help repair their rating because it seems like they fixed whatever the previous customers were upset about.”
“The staff is incredibly helpful and quick. They managed the line with competent speed and were personable and thorough. The car was close and exceeded expectations with its cleanliness. It was even a hybrid. Drop off was also easy. Just park and 2 minute walk to terminal entry and Avis car rental. The staff on return was friendly and I felt confident my invoice would be as expected. Thank you for making travel easier and more pleasant.”
“Rented on 5/21/26. I know lots of negative reviews on here, but I had no problems with this Thrifty car rental location despite many negative reviews.
Pick up was fast, they didn’t give me any hassle for using my credit card for CDW insurance, got a great hybrid vehicle and customer service was also good.
No one tried to upsale me or charge more than what was already agreed to before.
One of the easiest car rental experiences I’ve had I must admit.
