Was told to come back and sign a new contract for our rental as insurance payment had expired. When I did show to sign they forced me to switch vehicles so they could sell the one we were in. I was then charged for fuel even though I was not afforded an opportunity to fill the tank, which I always do. It felt kind of...

One of the best car rental services I have used. The staff is amazing and so is the manager. Short drive from the airport (taxi and uber available). Great selection of cars and upgrades. Definitely the costumer services that the staff provides goes above and beyond.
