The Missoula Broadway Team led by Austin today was superior. A seamless experience from pickup at remote location to interfacing with insurance company. Thanks guys. Enterprise service is great.

Booked online and was flying home. When I got there, I could not pay for and pick up my rental car because my driver's license was out of state, and I didn't have proof of residence with utility bills. They could have told me that over the phone when they called me the day before, and I could have gotten a different ride planned. Gotta thank them for stranding me in a city length away from home. Now I know.

This review is for Glasgow, Scotland airport. Rented a manual transmission vehicle and the associate was kind enough to staple his business card to the terms and conditions. When the clutch (master cylinder) failed 2 hours down the road, they did not answer their phone. Roadside assistance showed up and accused me of riding the clutch. How could he know I drove a manual transmission for over 20 years. He had to pump the clutch for several minutes to get enough pressure to load it on the tow truck. He finally pronounced the car was not safe to drive.Meanwhile, Enterprise still not answering their phone. Now in the past when I've had a car breakdown, the rental company has felt bad. They drive a replacement vehicle to your location and compensate you for the inconvenience. Not these guys. Instead when we finally get back to Glasgow Airport, the associate helps everyone else at the lot first, even those that arrived after me! Then accused me of burning up the clutch but follows this with "I'm not a mechanic." I tell her I didn't ride or burn up the clutch, it just lost pressure suddenly while going through a traffic circle. This is a bad time to lose the ability to shift gears. I had to use my toe to pull the clutch back up. She says they'll find out the truth and let me know if they're going to charge me 500lbs for a new clutch.No real customer service here only accusations that I damaged their vehicle and implication that I would pay.It's a miracle I've had the replacement vehicle for 3 days and the clutch is fine...My advice is when in Glasgow, rent from their competitors.

Gabe is an absolute angel -- we were rear-ended in our personal vehicle and the at-fault party's insurance company sent us to Enterprise for a rental. Despite my distress and poor attitude, Gabe went out of his way to get us the car we needed. He has excellent customer service and a great personality -- thank you so much, Gabe!

I have traveled the USA extensively and always found Enterprise to have the best deals! Friendly staff, great cars, convenient locations, and they will even pick you up!

Used the off-airport location in Missoula, service was great. Fastest rental pickup I've ever had. Offered a ride back to the airport on drop-off.

Found a van at @$100 day, a price beating all competitors by far. Easy and fast processing at pick-up, no hassle when I declined any “extras”. Van was clean on interior, exterior was okay after an obvious fast wash, windshield was buggy and I cleaned it myself. No limits on miles, spouse added as driver no charge.Got a flat. Car had a collapsible spare which required an air pump and was therefore useless. Had to rely on AAA, however their truck arrived and had no air pump. Wow. Really?Fast and easy return. Overall a very good experience, which is why I rely on Enterprise for car rentals almost every time.

We rented 5 mini-vans and arrived for them to only have two. They had two 15 passenger vans they offered us, but those were too big to go over Going to the Sun...they kept trying to tell us that we'd be okay, but they were clearly over the size restrictions and we would've been liable for any damages. They told us they would also give us a car to hold us off for the immediate time being and then said they didn't have one. They also kept telling us that they'd either drive us up another vehicle or call us once another one came in. We never once heard from them and they never brought us anything. The entire ordeal went on for nearly 2 hours and caused us to have to rent vans somewhere else at a much higher price. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else in the future!

The forest service had taken all of their cars due to forest fires so enterprise has arranged for another local dealership to provide me with a car. I had to pay out of pocket but enterprise very quickly reimbursed me with no hassle. Outstanding customer service

I had one of there rentals for a couple of months while my car was in the shop and I would definitely recommend Enterprise everyone is so nice and so professional. I wouldn't rent a car from anywhere else.
