First Security Bank is a trusted financial institution that has been serving its customers for a long time. The bank is known for its top-level service, with friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to assist customers, even with minutious tasks. Customers appreciate the convenience of the bank's mobile app and drive-up services, as well as the presence of Larry Pirnie's art work. However, some customers have had mixed experiences with the bank's customer service, particularly when dealing with the staff over the phone. While the in-person experience is generally positive, with customers describing the staff as happy and helpful, the phone service can sometimes be a frustrating experience, with customers reporting difficulty getting their questions answered and having to play phone tag. Quite recently first security offered a 24/7 877- phone line for help after hours. Now after hours help (like unfreezing my debit card) is not available 24 /7.

Im very thankful and appreciative of the helpfulness that I got after my debit card was compromised leaving me just about broke the bank took 100% care of me and I did get the money back into my account within a few days thank you .
