I've been w this bank, based at this branch for a long time. Now.They ARE AMAZING! They work w you all the time. I'd say this is the best bank I've ever been with;THANK YOU 1st security bank! You are thee BEST!

Carful! They hid disclosure agreements EVEN IF YOU ASK THEM UPFRONT! no wonder they went down once. It’ll probably happen again. It has made me to the point to where I will be canceling my account with them today. The lady was stuck up when I tried calling and asking and just kept saying “should have read the disclosure agreement we gave you” so I can’t trust the people I talk to? Well then if I have to trust the paper work and not the people what’s the point of a business relationship with clients? Iv told a lot of people to join this bank and they did because they trust me and now I’ll be informing them to leave as well. If I could give a lower rating I would! No one has tried helping me. Just I’m wrong they’re right.

Don't do any kind of business with or trust your hard earned money to this bank. I opened a CD with Madeline and asked all the questions one would when investing their money. Term? Percentage? What to expect for interest? Ability to add more funds to existing CD without any interruption or interest rate. Etc. Was falsely told what to expect and that funds could be added without any issue all to find out all information provided was incorrect. Was told that these things happen and it is what it is even after she admitted fault and simply pawned me off on her superior instead of taking any kind of initiative to fix her mistake. I was unable to talk to the VP of operations Lynn Riley when she reached out to me as I was working. Attempted to call her back 3 times with no answer. I left voice mails every attempt. 2 weeks have passed with no response. Worst customer service. If I treated my customers like this I would be out of business. Yet another 1 star review to add to the growing list of them for this bank.

This review is not of the Missoula Branches of First Security. They are excellent in customer service. I unfortunately called on Columbus Day which I did not understand the banks were closed. I had a basic question regarding making a mobile deposit. I patiently waited for 20-21 min for a representative of Glacier Bank . The representative who answered had a poor attitude at the get go. His tone was condescending and downright rude. I have worked call centers with over 350 people waiting . I would have never spoken to any customer the way that representative did to me. Maybe he was at the end of his shift ….I sure hope so. Unfortunately, I have experienced rudeness and inattentive service at the Glacier Bank in Polson as well. I guess I just expect people to greet me with a smile and actually be acknowledged at the place I conduct my Banking. VERY disappointed with my bank’s human interaction.

I’ve always had great experiences in person, especially at the Hamilton and Corvallis branches, but every time I call in is a headache. I’ve called in recently to inquire about changing a name on my account as well as ordering checks and I always get the runaround. I’ve had to play phone tag back and forth just to get a question answered and don’t get me started on ordering checks. I don’t want to leave a voicemail with someone and play phone tag just to order checks. I understand they’re busy people and have a lot of customers to attend to, but prepare yourself if you are trying to get anything accomplished over the phone.

I made an honest mistake and I had help from Taylor who went out of her way to fix my records and personal balance. It’s hard to find wonderful and helpful people especially in banking. I hope she is Compensated for her worth!! Restored my faith and trust in this establishment and local branch. 5 stars for her

Teller was nice, but service was slow. I wanted a certain amount back & had written a 4 not a 7. Instead of asking me if that was right, she changes it & gives me less money on the deposit & more money back??!!

I have banked with them for 10 plus years, and never had an issue. We have several things that automatically come out of our checking. When a payroll check did not post until 2 days after we were told it would. Silly us thinking that the direct deposit would post on the day it we were told. We were hit with over $200 in overdraft fees. I called to talk with them about it the said they could only refund less than half of the fees that were charged. I find that unrealistic, they should be willing to work with their customers especially in a struggling economy. Shame on you First Security Bank, for making it harder for the working class to survive. Its time to start finding a new bank, one that is there for there customers especially in these hard times.

I pulled up to the drive through and I was the only customer present. I needed a simple transaction completed for a business. Two cars pulled up and left before I was helped. I waited for at least 15 minutes. I would have rather known I might sit there for so long, and have the option to leave rather than completing the transaction requiring 20 minutes for less than $100 in change.
