Was driving from Wyoming back home to Idaho and my stomach started to rumble. Stopped in to loves and let me tell you. What a wonderful place to get this monster out of me and make the rest of my drive more enjoyable not clinching in every icy corner. Would definitely stop here if you need to.

I dont know if it was an off day or he had some deep seeded attitude towards darker shades of people. But I didn't have a good interaction with a short skinny guy at the front. I asked did they have hot tea packets & where were they? His response was You have to pay for your drink first. Not they are Over here behind the register. SINCE when do you pay for coffee, tea, fountain drinks prior to putting them in a cup. YA DON'T. Saying it out loud like that was a rude move to get attention focused on me like I was stealing. Then had nerv enough to follow and block me while I was shopping for supplies. MAKE SURE YOU GET A. RECEIPT. People like that will try to weaponize the Police. Loves corporate do better with this store.

To all my fellow truckers and college, if your truck broke down in this mountain area, please read this review carefully. What I'm going to tell you about these people who work in this mechanic's shop is sincere and from the heart. I did it so that the same thing didn't happen to you. Look, from what I had to see and experience here, first there are about 5 to 7 people working per shift, of which there are about 3 to 4 managers, none of them know anything. You come in with a situation, and the least they do is help you. From the moment you get the truck inside, they start inspecting everything except the problem you arrived with. In other words, they don't help you. Their job is to get as much money out of you as possible, zero empathy. I arrived with a very minor issue, and they ended up charging me over almost $800 dollars, my truck came out of there the same way that it went in plus with a air lake because they didn't put back appropriate and I had to pay for a hotel because they took 2 days. I'm sorry, but they are the worst. It's ridiculous. I will never go into a love shop again at all. It makes me angry even when I remember what they did to me. I do not recommend these people to anyone, all they do is try to steal as much as they can from you, it's disgusting, do not go to that place, better look for other options, I know that if after reading this you still take your trucks there you will regret it and remember me, I hope you will take my advice, THIS IS NOT A MECHANIC SHOP WHERE THEY ARE GOING TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM, IT IS QUITE THE OPPOSITE. THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING FOR YOU, BUT THEY CHARGE YOU AND EVEN WORSE, THEY THREATEN WITH NOT LETTING YOU TAKE YOUR TRUCK. THEY HIRE SUPPOSED MECHANICS WHO DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING AND DO SOMETHING VERY RIDICULOUS.THIS IS NOT A MECHANIC SHOP WHERE THEY ARE GOING TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM, IT IS QUITE THE OPPOSITE, THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING FOR YOU BUT THEY CHARGE YOU AND EVEN WORSE, THEY THREATEN WITH NOT LETTING YOU TAKE YOUR TRUCK. THEY HIRE SUPPOSED MECHANICS WHO DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING AND IT IS SOMETHING VERY frustrating and RIDICULOUS In other mechanic shops, there are mechanics who help you more and are faster, and the worst thing is that you can not say anything to them because they treat you badly
I waited hours, they passed me by and didn't even look at me, they didn't say anything to me. They are truly very undisciplined people. For me, it is one of the worst experiences I have had with mechanics. They have a young woman as a manager who is obviously about 20 to 23 years old, she doesn't know anything about mechanics and she is spoiled. The general manager of the area was there for only 2 days and never came to tell me anything. In short, that shop is a waste of time and money. It seems that in that area they don't hire mechanics with experience.I waanyon2 and a half days, and no one ever came to give me a single update, much less to even make me feel good. I even asked them if I could take the truck, and one of them spoke to me very disrespectfully.And finally, I want you to know that despite all this, I was patient, cordial, and respectful. At no time did I lose control, much less complain or disrespect anyone. But they laughed and it was funny. Besides, two trucks came after me, and both left before me.

Place is great but allowing 4-5 box trucks park when their local shouldn’t be allowed or sit through the weekend so they can avoid paying elsewhere.

I love this place and stopped here in last 7 years a lot of time but now its seems the staff has been changed they never welcome you and behave in a Boss type attitude i am disappointed with this behaviour i have no idea whats wrong with them but anyway i love this place.

I was parked at the town pump across the highway with an oversize load and a flat tire. One of their young techs came over within 10 minutes of the call and was incredibly professional and got the job done fast and at a very very fair price.

We stopped in for the night in our RV, the parking area was ample and large. While no amenities the lot was quiet and we were able to get an uninterrupted night sleep.
The proximity to the airport and the jets flying overhead on takeoff may be bothersome to some but as an avid aviation fan I found it quite nice.

I generally love Love’s, this location like most is clean and well stocked. However, their snack and drink prices are much higher than the Town Pump across the highway.

This Love’s Travel Shop is clean, organized and the associates are super helpful and kind. The bathrooms are very clean and well stocked.
