“Josh and his staff at the Reserve St AT&T along with his staff at the Brooks St AT&T are amazing. I had a major issue with my lines, 611 didn’t want to help me I went into the store with Josh and one of his staff staying open late just to accommodate my schedule. We ran into the first issue. They both informed me on how to resolve it and walked me through how to. Another issue came up we fixed that together. All in all anyone else would’ve given up or passed me on because of the challenges I faced yet Josh and his crew were there through it all. If you are looking for a store or a carrier that has your back these are your people. AT&T is the best network but I am now convinced it’s the best network mostly because of the people who work for the network. They don’t treat you like you’re just a customer they treat you like family. They remember your name and always greet you with a smile. And no matter how stressful the day is Josh always has a smile on his face when you walk in. He’s calm and will walk you through everything. These stores have a A+ rating in my book.
