“I was traveling through Montana on a family camping trip, towing our camper, when we started hearing a loud slapping noise coming from under our vehicle. We stopped and inspected the tires and the belts but couldn't find a problem. Looking up automotive shops on Google, we luckily found Peak Auto Repair and parked slong their street. The shop sent Zane over to see if he could find an issue and he did. The slap plate at the underside of the engine had torn loose snd was catching air as we drove. He grabbed some zip ties and a drill and was able to secure the plate to the frame until we could get home. There wasn't even a charge for this service! We so appreciated this quick solution which gave us peace of mind so our family could continue on our vacation. Thank you Peak!!!”

“I took out my phone to show my 15% discount coupon, and your staff said they would input it when they finished the oil change and checked me out. I forgot, and the staff member (a different person) did not ask if I had a coupon. Unfortunate for me that I had a short-term memory lapse; but also disappointing that staff did not ask me if I had one. Prices have also gone up.”

“Been here a couple times and each has been pleasant. Came in most recently because I took my car to a tire shop for alignment and they said my ball joints were bad, a $1400 repair according to them. Took my car here to hopefully get a cheaper price, turns out my ball joints were never bad. I only had to pay $50 for them to inspect it. Great honest people who won't try to take advantage of you.”
“Awesome company, I had tires installed at (roamers point s tires) and come to find out 6 months later my break caliper bolt is snapped off, dust shield bolts backing out, caliper almost off the rotor completely..... I stopped here to get it looked at and they corrected it to the best of their ability they got my caliper back onto my rotor so I could safely make it home and they didn't charge me a dime I would highly recommend this place come one come all they'll take care of you all”

“As Easy an oil change as you could want! Rolled right in, got my Mobil 1, enjoyed coffee in the comfy waiting room. Friendly counter service and techs came to me with a couple of questions, just checking on wiper and air filter age. No pressure sales, no hassles. In and out in 25 minutes.
Their lift is designed for cars so couldn’t get SUV tires rotated, but otherwise great job!”
“We were passing through traveling from Idaho back to Colorado, when we got a flat tire. We stopped at Tire-rama in Missoula, we ran over a nail, and the fixed the tire for us, and told us our front right tire could blow any time, they put the spare tire on for us, no charge!! These guys are fantastic, so kind and they care about people. Highly recommend them to anyone!!! Wish we lived closer for all our tire needs. Thank you SO much to the team at tire-rama!!! 👏🏾”
“Justin and Ron at this location were really nice and helpful I called about my wife’s tire that had a nail leak in it a couple hours before they closed. Ron told me they could get me in before they closed. Justin helped me when I got there they had my wife’s car back on the road within 30-45 minutes with no charge. This is our new location for now on.”

“From out of state, camped for about 2 weeks in Western MT way way off grid (30 miles no cell service). Ended up having a day-long ordeal after discovering my Highlander key fob was lost when we were due to depart and return to civilization. Vehicle (and us) flatbed towed to Lithia Toyota Missoula, arrived unannounced at 6:55 pm. Service department closes at 6, rest of dealership (sales) closing in 5 minutes. I was obviously brain dead, exhausted, and at wits end.
Katherine Herrera, new car manager and manager in charge at the time was such a saint! She stayed late and got us squared away: where to drop the vehicle on the lot, got our service request logged in, made sure we got fed and transported to a nearby hotel, arranged for us to be contacted by the service shuttle the next morning.
Service department got going on reprogramming the car systems first thing in the morning and we were on our way home well before 11am. Katherine called us >before< she arrived at work (11am) to make sure we had been accommodated and were good to go. Wow! Great job everyone!”
“I was on a road trip and one of my trailer tires blew out, I put my spare on but didn't want to continue on to western WA with no spare. I swung in to Walmart and Kyle got me in and out of there in probably less than 20 minutes and I was back on the road with a brand new spare mounted. Kyle was awesome, great customer service and understood my need to be on my way in a short amount of time. I made it home without needing to use it but the peace of mind was there. Thank you Kyle!”

“Was recommended to Honesty by a friend I trust, and the experience did not disappoint. My car had a lot of differed maintenance that needed to get done, and Shane took me all through it and answered all my questions. Then, once the repairs were done, the car wouldn't start. They ordered parts at no extra charge to fix the issue and always patiently gave me updates whenever I asked. In the end, the issue turned out to be a minor error on their part. They even gave me a discount on the finished repair work as an apology for needing to keep the car extra time! They absolutely live up to their name and will continue using their services gratefully!”
