“I can't thank the crew that works at this store enough! We were moving into Montana as an October snow storm hit. We got a flat tire on I90 and towed to this shop. They were already slammed bc of the time of year and the storm, but they worked us in. Several guys stayed past their shift to help me, and other customers out. As I didn't have anywhere else to go I sat in the shop waiting. I saw lots of professional, thoughtful interactions. They took time to explain the tires and services and answer questions. I recommend this shop! Just wish I lived closer so I could give them repeat business”

“Been here a couple times and each has been pleasant. Came in most recently because I took my car to a tire shop for alignment and they said my ball joints were bad, a $1400 repair according to them. Took my car here to hopefully get a cheaper price, turns out my ball joints were never bad. I only had to pay $50 for them to inspect it. Great honest people who won't try to take advantage of you.”

“These guys were so awesome! They were the only place willing/able to look at my truck for me after calling around to several places the other afternoon. I didn't know it until after they checked/topped all my fluids and tugged on different parts from underneath on the front end, but they are strictly a lube shop... they went above and beyond what I would expect from a shop that doesn't do other mechanic work, and they were really cool about talking with me about what was going on with my truck and what could possibly fix it, etc.Maybe it's not unusual for a lube shop to do all that, but I thought it was really great. Nice, friendly service! Thanks guys!”

Although a local competitor carries some in stock it was their house brand and I live out of state.An alignment issue chewed up my tires on a long road trip and we stuck without a new set. Thankfully these guys had what we needed in stock, got us in first thing in the morning and had us back on the road with fresh tires in an hour!”

“Sales personnel were great, as usual. Scotty has helped my grandmother in the past and she wanted to use him for an additional purchase for her granddaughter. Everything went smoothly until we had to talk to Draven in finance. It was a cash purchase and should have been less of a conversation. He’s young and entitled. He treats people disrespectfully through both his body language and choice of words. To make the story short, he was unwilling to help us make a change on the title after the purchase out of laziness when it was a simple fix that takes printing a form and signing the paper. I was absolutely appalled at how he treated my grandmother and refuse to ever have to deal with him again. He needs to have a wake up call and remember why he has a job in the first place. Missoula deserves better treatment. Thanks to Tawnya at Lithia for helping sort out our business. She’s professional and knows her business!”
