“I took out my phone to show my 15% discount coupon, and your staff said they would input it when they finished the oil change and checked me out. I forgot, and the staff member (a different person) did not ask if I had a coupon. Unfortunate for me that I had a short-term memory lapse; but also disappointing that staff did not ask me if I had one. Prices have also gone up.”
“As Easy an oil change as you could want! Rolled right in, got my Mobil 1, enjoyed coffee in the comfy waiting room. Friendly counter service and techs came to me with a couple of questions, just checking on wiper and air filter age. No pressure sales, no hassles. In and out in 25 minutes.
Their lift is designed for cars so couldn’t get SUV tires rotated, but otherwise great job!”

Rods N Dogs dog wash area was great. There is a single wash station with a door we could close while we did baths one at a time.
Great price, great facilities and easy access from I-90.
We will definitely return when we are in Missoula again!”
“Great service! Took my call on a Saturday afternoon. I sent pictures and a video of what my pressure washer was doing, and was given quick advice as to how to remedy the problem. It turned out what I had wasn’t a problem at all, just operator error. Was given the solution and was treated with care as if I was a paying customer.”

“The $25 Car wash was awe inspiring! My car didn't get dirty in the usual way and stayed clean a longer time. Somehow the dust didn't stick to it the same. And their courteous customer service from two different managers was top notch!! Very generous, kind and knowledgeable. “I had trouble with my card working on the automatic wash. The owner was there, which is a rarity on its own for any automatic car wash. He first tried to help me and when my card still didn't work, he gave me a free wash. My car came out so clean! I'll definitely be back!”
“Decent selection of modes. I like a car wash that has a high-pressure wax so I can rinse with it and not have to do a rinse then low-pressure wax.
Happy to see they added tap-to-pay since the card readers failed a lot. However, I tapped in bay 1, it charged me $10 and didn't work. I went to bay 2 and tapped and it worked, though it didn't allow me enough time to quite finish a basic wash and rinse of a small car. I hit the button to add time but it has a short limit. I have 1 pre-auth in my checking account for $12.25. Maybe the short wash was on $2.25 but I don't really know.
Hopefully the tap-to-pay gets better.
Man, I miss the Lolo car wash. How am I supposed to keep my cars from corroding from the ice melt liquid that Missoula puts on the roads?
