“Denise was the sweetest most helpful store clerk I've met in a long time. She explained how everything worked when I asked. The selection of clothing and also sizes was great. Seems to be something for everyone, size 0 to 4XL. Shoes jewelry and home decor goods are all very gently used and in good shape. The consignment system is easy to set up and use, and the prices are very fair 30/70 if I remember correctly. What a great way to clean out your closet and still pick up some name brands for less. I got a brand new pair of leather shoes that had never been worn for 20.00 bucks! Color me stoked. ? ? ? ? ?”

“There was a wide selection and lot of good things. This is the place to go for any clothes from work to casual or going out. The service is normally pretty great, but this most recent time there was an employee, Kat I believe, who was very rude and unhelpful to customers. They seemed like they did not want to be there at all and would not help in answering any questions or locating items. I'm hoping this was just an off day for the employee. They also failed to remove a security tag from an item I purchased which was very difficult to deal with when I got home.”
“This store was so cute, lots of stuff that we were interested in and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. We had just come in from out of town after sliding out and totaling our vehicle and the women at the desk gave us hugs and wished us well on the journey. Will for sure be back someday to find a cute new sweater or dress filled with the beauty of this little community. “Omg!!! I have an incredible story to tell!!! I am traveling from Georgia to Oregon. I stop over in Bozeman for the night. Today as I travel towards Missoula I realize I left my favorite Chicos shirt back at the hotel. Too far to go back. I see there is a Chicos in Missoula so I make a pitstop to see if I can find my shirt. It’s the non iron and my favorite shirt. I walk in the mall noticing the power is out. I am
so bummed but see these three women sitting at a table right outside of Chicos. I ask them if they are employees which they reply yes! I tell them my story and before we knew it the power came back on and I was able to get my favorite shirt. One left. The girls at that store were so amazing!!! An experience I will never forget!! I brought in some stuff and was thrilled to able to leave it with them until they can get the buyer to check it out.
Overall my favorite second hand goods store in town now; excluding goodwill/YWCA. The staff are happy to cultivate a welcoming and friendly environment. Stoked to see them again! Thanks for hooking me up with the shoes that sparked my fire for quality boots!”
