“These guys are the best!!!! I broke down by their shop, single mom with one vehicle. They got my car done as soon as the parts arrived, kept me informed through the process. One of the parts failed, no fault of their's, it was covered by the warranty. I set a time to get the failed part replaced. They squeezed it in on the day that worked for me. I had no one to watch my son, we showed prepared for an entire day at the the shop. All 3 guys jumped on it and had it done in just two hours and under the quoted price!!!!! They have saved the day for me and my kiddo several times over and saved me time and money in the process!!!! They are very knowledgeable and honest!!! I will be driving from Kalispell to give them my business from here on out!!!”

“I am so happy I've found a place that knows what they are doing, is thorough and does quality work!! After a different place had told me no problems with my brakes, I didn't even ask Total Automotive to look at them, brought it in because my recent purchase of a '94 7.3L deisel not starting especially when cold. They found a bad brake boost and subsequently a cracked rotor and front pads worn to nothing. They fixed that, my hard starting problems and also fixed a few other smaller things while in there. Now my deisel starts right up AND has great brakes!! Very, very happy!! :)”

“Needed a good deal on a used car. After shopping around on the internet, I decided to check out our local dealer, Don Aadsen Ford. I contacted the dealership ahead of time and made an appointment to meet with Gene. I was running a little late but Gene from sales still met me at the front door and was very knowledgeable about his inventory. We test drove my new car and Gene was extremely responsive to my questions. Despite being an older guy, he was sure current on the many new features on the vehicle. My wife was asking questions about the other vehicles on the lot and I don't think there was a single one that Gene wasn't knowledgeable about. Once we returned to the dealership, Gene and the rest of the team were very helpful with the rest of the process and I drove away with the car I was hoping for, at the price I wanted. There was no pressure or hype besides a little on the extended warranty which I had already decided I was going to purchaseI was very impressed with everyone's patience with my extremely rambunctious 5 year old throughout the process.”
