“Been going here for years. Everything from tire changes, oil changes, and use car checks. They are amazing! So kind and they treat women with respect! Unlike alot of auto shops typically. They never talk down to me and are always happy to help you understand. They have also not charged me 2 diffrent times i have came in. Once for a 2hr diagnosis and another for a used car check. Jonny is the best! Years ago they even bought my junk car for a couple hundred when it wasent even worth anything cuz it was dead in the water. They are great people and work hard! “People at this NAPA are always helpful and I have always been able to get what I need there. In some ways, it can be like a community shop, people working on their cars doing minor repairs in the parking lot and the NAPA guys coming out and giving tips to the young 'uns. If you have AAA, you get a discount on your supplies.”

“What can I say, if you are a car guy, you know NAPA has good parts. These guys are linked in with all of the local napa stores in Kalispell so if they don't have your part in stock, they can usually get it in a couple hours. Their staff are very knowledgeable and you won't talk over their head when you tell them what you need.”

“I am so glad I discovered this shop referred by Mark at Reflection Auto Spa.
My vehicle was sprayed with road paint by workers on Hwy 93. Detailers and body shops said it was too time consuming and difficult to remove. One detailer wanted $800 to give it a try. A body shop said impossible and wanted over 4K to replace the affected parts.
Glacier Collision Worx was happy to take on the job for about $250 and did a beautiful job! Manager Jake, owner Rick, and office manager Kayla were so kind to work with and all did an outstanding job. These people are truly honest and really know their work. Rick said their priority is good relationships with their customers (rather than money). I don't know of any other business or people like that around here. They have done a lot toward restoring my faith and trust, especially in auto - related businesses.
From now on, whenever my car has a booboo, I will go straight to Glacier Collision Worx. I encourage everyone to do the same.”
