I recently had an issue with a tail light. I called and asked for a referral to a good local mechanic. They said, “Bring it in. We’ll take a look and see if we can help. No charge to check it out!” I did. They were welcoming and kind, as always. I waited and enjoyed coffee in their comfortable client area. They did not have the parts to resolve the issue, but asked if I would like a free car wash!! Yes! How incredibly thoughtful!! I left with a clean car, a warm heart, and no bill. Customer service and grace to the max!
Two years ago, they repaired the hail damage to my car. It still looks amazing!

“We were traveling from Missouri and ended up needing front brakes on our F-250 ASAP.
I called numerous shops and unfortunately they were all to busy to do the work for many days. Ron said he understand our predicament and said if I left it with him he would find a way to work it in.
We rented a car and dropped off the truck on a Thursday evening and the next day Ron had it finished by noon.
Outstanding work at and outstanding value took great care of us even though we're from out of town and most likely not be back in Montana for a long time.

“I flew out from Florida to pick up my car that had a check engine light and diagnosed as VCT issues, which is why I left it, flying out, needing to get back to work. The original shop, a large dealer shop in town, that I was scheduled to bring the car into told me I wasn't in the system. I verified a few days before flying out. All was good. They told me that they could not get me into the shop til the following week, now. If anyone knows Kalispell, you know lodging jumps up even higher than it is when June comes around. I didn't want to spend $200-$500 plus night waiting, and that's IF there were vacancies. I called around but all shops were a week out. I called Sharp and he was able to get me in an hour and a half later to plug in and diagnose. Yes, same issue showing. He ordered parts, which arrived an hour later, in which time I was able to drive a round the corner to have an oil change done. Came back, and the job was done in about 30-45 minutes, at a very fair price. I got car washed, hooked up Uhaul trailer and off to Florida. Not obe issue. Fuel MPGs went back up and power restored. I was very impressed with the service and price. I'm not a Kalispell resident but if back in the area and had another car issue, I wouldn't hesitate to take it back to Sharps! I really appreciate the fast, great job. I really needed to get back to Florida. Thank you!”
“Russ is an honest & quality mechanic and he surrounds himself with the same.
Russ's shop had been recommended to me by a coworker and I decided to bring my truck by so they could check out some gremlins in the evap system that had made my check light come on. The repair ended up being something simple that I had overlooked. Russ was honest about the quick fix and charged me for nothing more than there needed to be.
Will be my first stop next time I have an automotive issue.”
“Absolutely the nicest people to talk with, told me exactly what was wrong with my truck. Fixed it a timely manner. Papa’s Garage is the place I will be going to when I need my vehicles fixed. Very rarely do you find a place that doesn’t price gouge, and tell you that you need more work on vehicle unnecessarily. I used to go to the dealership and was always told that there was more work needed than what I initially went there for. Papa’s Garage is the place for me!!!!!”

“This is the place to go for any vehicle modifications. Vehicle accessories, window tinting, spray on bed lining, undercoating, custom spray on lining. The owner, Brandi, Casey and Chad are awesome. They are the professionals when it comes to this kind of work. They are truly artists. I took my truck in for them to apply the spray on liner to my bumper, fender flares, side steps and have them undercoat the underneath and frame. When I picked it up, I couldn't believe how good it looked. I had some 10 year old factory plastic paint protector that was deteriorating on the front of the hood and a small dent in the center of the hood. I asked the owner if he could come out and look at it. I asked him could they fix the dent and spray my entire hood. He suggested something very cool looking to do to the hood. I took it back and left it fir them to do that. When I picked it up, I was amazed at how good it looked. Chad is an amazing artist and super nice. Everyone from the owner down are incredibly nice and helpful. My truck looks incredible! I took my wife's truck there to have the windows tinted after I saw the kind of work they do. Her windows look like they are factory tinted. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Thank you so much to everyone for being so nice, friendly and professional. I will recommend you to anyone needing vehicle modifications. You guys are awesome! I will take some more pictures of it clean and post them soon.”

“We rolled into town from Canada and heard weird sounds coming from the engine of our 2005 Honda CR-V. Were recommended to go to Tire Rama. We dealt with Matt who was able to fit us in last minute (on a Friday). Found out it was our AC compressor. Although they couldn't deal with that type of repair at their shop, he didn't charge us for the initial investigative work. He did recommend another repair shop that could assist. I really appreciated their honesty and quick assesment. He also recommended a nearby car rental place. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank-you very much Matt for assisting us during our time of need.”
