“Driving into great falls I stopped and noticed one of my roof vents completely blew off from the winds. It was after 5:00 and I called one local dealer who wanted more than $600 just in Labor alone to look at it because it was after hours by 5 minutes. So I called Bish’s and they were more than happy to help me out at a price way more reasonable and I also felt they really cared about my situation. I had the pleasure of working with Trevor, Lane, and Fred and they were all awesome. This was one of the best service experiences I have had since I have owned my trailer.”
“We are traveling from Seattle to Vermont when the transmission started making noise. I called an talked to Steve to see if I could get an appointment and he shuffled a few things around, I had a 2pm appointment that day. Every other place I called said it was at least 2 weeks out before the could see me. I got there at 2pm and Diego came out with his hand held computer and ran some diagnostic's on my truck. He didn't find any codes for the transmission but found a few for the motor. He took it for a test drive and found that an air intake pipe had come loose. Diego had it repaired with in a hour. Steve and Diego did a GREAT JOB. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again.”
“Kevin is the most helpful person I have ever ran into at a truck shop. It started with the 30 below zero weather andthe Diesel gelling up on one of our Kenworth trucks And snowballed into other problems from there with the brakes ,air system, Etc.Kevin got somebody on it at every turn and every problem was resolved quicker than I would ever imagine, especially because they were already super busy. “In June 23 I bent an axle on my enclosed cargo trailer conversion in Colorado. On recommendation from the YouTube channel Gonagain I took a chance on Swain's. Very glad I did. On the 10th July they took me in with no booking and replaced my axle within a few hours. They also gave me advice and repacked the grease on my bearings. Even swapped the wheel out.I need to upgrade my axle to 5200 pounds, have brakes installed and beef up the fendors. This is where I shall be going if they can do the job. Was going to use E-trailer in Missouri but upon seeing just how many 1 star reviews they have I will go out of my way to use Swain's instead. Thank you guys. You are honest and I am grateful.”
“Limped our Volvo 9700 Bus from Northwest College to their shop with a failed DEF pump. They verified the pump and connector were bad, Once all the new parts arrived they turned to and got us back on the road. Thanks to Tom (Service Manager), Steve (Parts) and the mechanic whos name I do not remember (sorry for that). You guys did up right and I appreciate it greatly.”
