“Called for a tow thinking something was really wrong with the new brakes on my Yukon. I explained this to Dirk. He thought it was a rock in my caliper, told me what to do and it worked. Rock came out and I was on my way. Dirk is not only my Hero, but was not going to provide a service that I didn't need. Honest and knowledgeable!! Two things you don't seem to see much of these days. “Took our 2013 Suburban to the dealer in Sept of 23 because our AC was not working. Dealer said rear AC lines were leaking and needed to be replaced for an estimated cost of $2000. We then brought our Suburban to Meyer for the same problem, they recharged our AC and could not find any leaks so our repair was $400 vs $2000. We are Meyer Mechanic customers from now on. Communication was great and Crystal in the front office couldn't have been anymore helpful!”
