“This is one of my favorite all time stores. Have been shopping there for 35 years. Styles are fab and imaginative, jewelry interesting and unique, staff always a pleasure to work with, prices reasonable, quality good, and frequent sales.
Gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the seamstress they use, Chris, was rude, abrupt and destroyed a beautiful brand new blouse I brought her to be taken in slightly. I was considerate to ask if this was an ok time, as it was her busy season and I could wait, but she gave me a hostile reply then took it anyway. Her work is ordinarily good and I was heartbroken to see the results.
Otherwise this is a great store. Just use another seamstress.”
“My family loves spending time in Chill! The owner is so kind and helpful. She has created a fun atmosphere of clothing, artistic designs, and a lovely gallery of gorgeous original artwork. I personally avoid shopping in general but Chill is an exception and a delightful place to spend time. Plus, I love her men’s and women's clothing selections! Such a cool downtown Whitefish business.”
“Chelsea is a gem. She helped me with my purchases and did a phenomenal job wrapping. She always had a cheerful and helpful attitude even during the hectic bustle of the Whitefish Stroll.”
“My daughter fell in love with this scent-filled and soaptastic little shop. She liked it so much she wanted to bring her mother back there. Her mother loved it, too. They both bought some supersoft, cozy pajamas ($100+ per set). I think my wife bought some candles, and my daughter bought some soap. Nice place!”
“All my girlfriends and I just love this store. Elegant and sophisticated clothing that also is appropriate for outdoors lover. Pretty rare to find such a great boutique in any town.”
“If you don't have one of these shirts - GET ONE!!! I have several and just ordered a hat that I needed rushed, they turned it around and sent it out within12 hours! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
“This store is cute - I love the downtown shopping and dining scene in Whitefish and my husband and I were super pleasantly surprised when we parked and walked around with the variety of places to shop, eat and drink. This store is what you think it is - filled with Montana-themed items like clothing, stickers, mugs, and some home decor. It's cute - but somewhat expensive - like $50-60 for sweaters and about $30-40 for a t-shirt. Found a few cute items I liked and kept in mind for later. Worth a browse if you're looking for some Montana swag.”
“I can't say enough good things about this store. Not only did Jenny let us in 15 minutes after closing, but after leaving with our new boots and hats, she tracked us down at a restaurant (based upon our conversation while in the store) and left me an envelope with a $100 bill that I dropped while paying at the counter. Rarely have I experienced this kind of honesty and customer service. You have a customer for life! Thank you.”
