“The store manager, Jesse, was amazing! She was so fun and helpful. When I mentioned that a pair of boots I loved weren’t in my size for my trip, she went out of her way to help. She found a store where I’m going that had my size, called them, and even had them hold the boots for a few extra days. She really didn’t have to do that, but she did. Every store manager should be like her!”

“Tina did a good job cutting my hair. I have very short hair, so I thought it might be less expensive, but it was still $50. She also does waxing. I would have liked her to clean up some of the missed eyebrow hairs after she waxed them, but that wasn't enough to rate the place lower. Tina was a bit stand-offish when I first arrived,but she warmed up, and she was easy to talk to.”

“Christian hooked me up. Took his time helping me find new shoes. I am very picky and could not find what i needed and he handled it and after 35 minutes of his help I got hooked up. Great attitude and great music, christian is a customer service rockstar. Awesome store.”

“I love Maurices! I have always mostly worn Maurices clothing. The only complaint I have is how dirty the floors are throughout the store and the dressing rooms at the Kalispell location. I have noticed this for the last year to two years. They need a good vacuum and use the tool to get along the walls and corners. I have mentioned this in-store and emailed the corporate office and it hasn't changed. They need a manager who prides themselves on a clean store and friendly customer service.”
