“Had and issue with my Low beam headlights on my Silverado. After determining both lamps failed at the same time I called and spoke to Bobbie and she verified she had ones in stock. Headed to the Aurora NE Store and purchased them and I requested help and the Manager Tim came out and helped me change both lamps due to a recent surgery as I was not able to complete the task. Both Bobbie and Tim were excellent with their above basic customer service and friendliness. I have utilized this store several times with no bad experiences and have been a long time customer of this auto parts chain and this store would be my favorite.”
