“First, Chase, Sandy and the rest of the Aurora Co-op Service team are awesome!
Second, fast, courteous and professional from intake to leaving with the issue(s) fixed.
Driving from Casper, WY to just outside Philadelphia, PA, I began experiencing a “knocking” noise. Figured it was a tank of bad gas causing engine knocking. Not the problem.
By the time I got to Aurora, the problem had gotten really bad.
Turns out, the knocking was wheel-related. Driver-side front tire had a snapped lug nut and the others were loose. The passenger rear had two snapped lug nuts.
Chase and the Aurora Co-op team had the problem diagnosed, fixed and I was back on the road in less than 3 hours.
The remaining 1,400 miles I had no issues. Got to PA safe & sound. No other issues.
Last but not least, I only wish I lived in the area. I’d use Aurora Co-op for all my vehicle maintenance.
