“Rented here based on the other google reviews that they were satisfied sight unseen and that's what we needed to do to. We did a lease here from another state all online and via phone. It was very easy and pleasant to do. Once we got here the apartment was nice, it had new carpet and paint. The kitchen, fridge, stove, etc. was all very clean. The bathrooms/kitchen are a little outdated but very clean so its not a problem.Their maintenance team is very responsive. The stove had a small gas leak on the back pipes behind the stove and the maintenance guy came in 10 minutes when it was 9pm at night to fix it, and he did. When you call the office, you actually get a person on the phone.They have their own amazon lockers on the end of the complex and that's really handy too. All your amazon orders go there automatically.The apartment is comfy and we are able to feel at home. The third floor has nice high ceilings in the living room and sun window so rarely do we turn on the lights during the day.The laundry room is large and the washer and dryer work really well.I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!”

“My experience here was far better than anywhere else I've toured. I'm new to the area and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Holly accommodated me on short notice and went above and beyond answering my never ending questions. The facility is immaculate and the amenities are amazing! (I mean a car wash?! C'mon!) The community seems great and the Staff did not disappoint! I look forward to making a home here!”

“I have lived here for about 2.5 years in two different units and honestly, I have loved every second of it. My husband and I plan to stay here until we decide to buy our own house! Everyone in the office is so accommodating anytime anything comes up, maintenance is prompt and respectful, and overall I’ve had zero issues with neighbors or anything of the sort. The pool is amazing in the summer and I love having a great gym on the property. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their future home!”

The neighbors are quiet and polite, people are respectful of each others’ reserved parking spaces and shared outdoor areas, and the team in the office is exceptional. My wife and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with both Anna and Brianna and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience communicating with them on any concerns. When we first moved in, any issues we had were taken care of promptly and we were kept in the loop the entire time. We honestly could not have asked for anything better! We love living here so far! “I have had the pleasure of living at the Villa Vinee apartments for a year now.There’s so much that can be said about their costumer service and hospitality.I’ll leave it with an obvious 5 star and would like to boast about their quick response time to issues, fast and complete repairs when it comes to maintenance, as well as their spectacular communication with the things that are going on around the complex. They let you know when construction is about to commence and also, they offer free coffee on some Saturdays!Overall I would definitely rent from this complex again and would highly recommend it to any and everyone looking for an affordable, clean, and friendly living community.”

“Amazing staff! They are so kind and they do not get annoyed when you are constantly bothering with a million questions like other apartment communities do. Very helpful and reassuring when the stress of moving gets real. They literally had me approved and ready to go in just a couple of hours after applying! The community is fantastic! Reminds me of a nice hotel with all of the upscale amenities! Furthermore, the actual units are amazingly big, open, and beautiful floorplans with updated appliances! During my apartment search adventures, I have noticed the difference in Seldin Company's properties vs. other properties - Seldin takes the time to effectively plan the construction of the properties instead of just throwing together a cheap property. Tuscany Place is well constructed and very clean. I can see that maintenance staff is on top of their game because the property is so clean and well put together. Even the cleaning lady was amazing, as she took me on a tour around the entire community at last minute as I was trying to confirm my choice in this property. I would hire her as she was very attentive and knew the property in every aspect. Lauri is the Assistant Manager, and she is the kindest and most patient person - She helped me with every single question I had. This is a fantastic team, here at Tuscany Place! They also have a lot of fun events for both the human residents and the furry residents (See their Facebook page for details!). I am so excited to be a part of this engaging community! “Hi. I really like it here at Parkview Apartments. The staff is extremely helpful, the accommodations are very nice, and when you have a problem, they jump right on it and fix it. You can’t ask for a much better experience. For example, I was having problems with my air conditioner in my unit, and I called maintenance. They were running behind schedule, they came out anyway, and got the unit up and running and change the filter as well. They discovered there was no filter in the unit, and Marvin went out of his way to replace it. He was excellent. Once again, I love it here at Parkview Apartments, and I think you will too.Once again, i had work done on our heating and cooling unit. The gentleman who stopped by today spent close to 3 hours working continuously on our heating and cooling unit. He thoroughly cleaned all coils, and had both our inside unit, as well as the outside unit completely taken apart. I could hear him using forced air to clean parts of the outside unit and in one case, he used water from our kitchen sink to clean some part of our inside unit. He was very friendly, and I assure you he was most dedicated to the task. He did say that we need a thinner filter installed on our inside unit, but he probably told you that as well. I am completely satisfied by his work and dedication to the task. Of course I don’t know much about heating and cooling repairs, but I can assure you he examined our unit thoroughly, and it will probably run very well for a long time to come.”

“The Oaks at Lakeview: A Narrative ReviewI spent several years not just living-- but thriving at The Oaks. Now, take my hand, and let’s take a trip down memory lane together.Just kidding, I’ll try to be succinct. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments. I endured several staff changes throughout my time here, and please rest assured that the management AND maintenance staff members were quick to respond, respectful, and made things right when something went wrong (e.g., quickly tended to AC unit when it stopped working, got us a loaner washer when ours decided to open the flood gates, helped me get in touch with the roofing contractors when I got a nail in my car tire to get reimbursed, battled a big spider with fangs that was building his own apartment complex out of his spidery silky webby nastiness outside of my patio door, etc.).To close, moving out was an easy process. You just have to follow the rules you SIGNED YOUR NAME TO IN YOUR LEASING AGREEMENT. That may be a surprise to some of you, but please read the items to which you are agreeing. I read the lease. In fact, I read it every night before bed.I know I just refuted a lot of what these other reviews say, but you can trust me, I’m a doctor now.”
