“Rising View is a good place to rent! The neighborhood is very friendly and a great place to raise kids! Their maintenance plan leaves room for improvement. Yes it’s ran by a priority system, and they take care of the emergent issues. However, they could do a better job at timelines of lower to medium priorities and better support for preventative care to encourage us to take care of our properties.”

“Currently living here. Honestly, I have avoided apartments for the last 20 years, because sharing walls sucks, and there wasnt as much offered 20 years ago. Anyways, We had to actually end up finding one and I'm really enjoying this place and im glad they worked with us. The grounds are beautiful. The amenities are great. The staff is friendly. The apartments are massive and spacious feeling. I just wish we had in unit laundry though haha.

UPDATE: dont plan on doing laundry on site. We've only been here 7 months and I've reported them both 3-4 times each in a 3 month period. The company just keeps putting bandaid on them. Elevate won't do anything. They just tell to to contact jetz.

Dog POO EVERYWHERE. I have pictures and videos of several tenants just letting their dogs POO and not pick it up. Signs or bag stations would be nice. It really sucks that it's not harped on to pick up after your pets. I know some other companies will fine you for it. I'm also quite shocked at how many banned breeds per the lease live here. All you have to do is stand outside for 20 minutes and you'll count how many people have pitbulls and German shepherds here. Which I love dogs but with how strict they were over vet records when we moved in, it's just quite shocking.

Anyways it's over all a decent place to live. I do still recommend people to move here even with the dog poop and iffy laundry.”

“As I’m getting ready to move out next month, I wanted to leave a review of my experience at The Wire. This was my very first apartment and my first time moving out on my own, and it’s been a great experience.

Brendon and Hilary in the leasing office have both been incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely care about making residents feel comfortable and happy in their homes. The maintenance team is also amazing and always responded to requests either the same day or the next day.

When we first moved in, the unit above us had a shower leak that was fixed right away. A few months later, we noticed some mold forming on our ceiling from the previous leak, and maintenance completely removed and redid the area to make sure it wouldn’t become an ongoing issue. I really appreciated how seriously they took it.

The amenities are great. I personally didn’t use the pool or gym much, but I used the grills, pool table, and rooftop area often. The rooftop especially is super peaceful at night and has really nice views. The building is also kept very clean. There’s a cleaning company there daily taking care of the lobby and hallways.

The biggest downside for me was the parking garage being a few blocks away, which could be a little sketchy walking to at night sometimes. There is parking inside the building, but it’s fairly expensive, so I chose not to use it.

When we first moved in, I also noticed the bedroom carpet had a slight urine smell. I ended up shampooing it several times myself which wasn’t ideal, but it’s fine.

The neighbors have been nice overall. Occasionally the hallways smell like weed, but that’s obviously not something management can fully control.

Overall, I really enjoyed living here, mostly because the staff truly cared about the residents and created a welcoming environment. We’re only moving after a year because my boyfriend and I both work farther west in Omaha now and need a little more space. Thank you so much to Hilary, Brendon, and the NuStyle maintenance team for making my first apartment experience such a positive one!”

“I just moved in. I am a property manager. The Brentwood maintenance team was here til after 5pm clearing the side walks. The contracted crew has been here twice now. I appreciate the hard work and the care for residents. No one really wants to be out in this but dedication and pride in this community apparently matters and its awesome! Thank you guys!! “I lived here for five years and I have nothing but good things to say about The Bank. The units are clean and beautiful and the building has great amenities including two gyms and places to study. There’s plenty to do within walking distance making the location perfect for things like going out downtown or walking to the CWS.
Finally, I LOVE Callie, McKenna and the maintenance staff. They truly go above and beyond for the residents and have created a great community!”

“Great place to live! The application/move-in process was well explained. Jordan and Tadd are always helpful and quick to respond. Apartments are spacious, grounds are well maintained and the area is pretty quiet. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“As of February 2025, I will have been living at Whispering Pines Townhomes for almost four years. I would like to provide some candid observations. Whispering Pines Townhomes and Apartments (the apartments which often serve as dormitories for students from Methodist College) is situated across the street, is a lovely and quaint community, offering a peaceful retreat from the usual hustle and bustle of city life. It is an exceptionally quiet place, making it suitable for raising a small family. However, for larger families, such as single or two parents with four or more children, this environment may not be ideal. On the other hand, two parents or single parents with three or fewer children will find it to be a good fit. A helpful guideline to keep in mind is the recommendation of two occupants per room. Should you encounter a serious maintenance issue—such as plumbing, heating or air conditioning problems, leaks, flooding, or any matter that poses a risk to health and safety—please report it immediately, and maintenance will respond promptly.

The new management team that arrived in the third quarter of 2023 has displayed excellence. It is highly likely that they have been making necessary corrections from the previous management and adhering to stronger policies, procedures, rules, and regulations set forth by NP Dodge. If you have any concerns regarding the rules of Whispering Pines, it is best to review your lease or consult with the new Property Manager Dinita or the Assistant Property Manager, Carissa for further information.

Most tenants are genuinely kind and friendly, and for the most part, the children are respectful. There is assigned parking for all apartments and townhomes, so please inform your guests not to park in someone else's assigned spot. They can park in the unassigned parking spaces that are unmarked. The rent is competitively priced compared to similar dwellings in close proximity.

My family and I thoroughly enjoy residing in this community and would like to express our gratitude to Dinita, the Property Manager, and Carissa, the Assistant Property Manager, for their exceptional efforts in making Whispering Pines Townhomes and Apartments Omaha’s best-kept secret. Dinita, you are truly outstanding, simply the best! Enough said.”

“Tuscany Apartments is one of the best condo complexes I’ve ever lived in. The service is great, the staff is friendly, and the conditions are unbeatable—everything is clean and secure. It’s centrally located, close to restaurants, Walmart, Sam’s Club, many other stores, and the kids' school. I recommend this complex 1,000%.”

“This review is long overdue, but I loved our experience here! We lived here from May 2024-May 2025, and the only reason we did not renew our lease was because we bought a house. Rent was a little high, but I had no issue with everything included, we had a 1 bed + den for 2 adults and an infant. Our leasing agent was kind and helpful, they were welcoming and we got a tour same day I inquired. Maintenance was quick, friendly, and respectful. Communication was AMAZING, we always knew when something was happening. The pool was great and always well kept. Never had issues with the mail room or workout room.
The only thing I didn't like was parking, but thats not something you can easily control.”

“Hi. I really like it here at Parkview Apartments. The staff is extremely helpful, the accommodations are very nice, and when you have a problem, they jump right on it and fix it. You can’t ask for a much better experience. For example, I was having problems with my air conditioner in my unit, and I called maintenance. They were running behind schedule, they came out anyway, and got the unit up and running and change the filter as well. They discovered there was no filter in the unit, and Marvin went out of his way to replace it. He was excellent. Once again, I love it here at Parkview Apartments, and I think you will too.Once again, i had work done on our heating and cooling unit. The gentleman who stopped by today spent close to 3 hours working continuously on our heating and cooling unit. He thoroughly cleaned all coils, and had both our inside unit, as well as the outside unit completely taken apart. I could hear him using forced air to clean parts of the outside unit and in one case, he used water from our kitchen sink to clean some part of our inside unit. He was very friendly, and I assure you he was most dedicated to the task. He did say that we need a thinner filter installed on our inside unit, but he probably told you that as well. I am completely satisfied by his work and dedication to the task. Of course I don’t know much about heating and cooling repairs, but I can assure you he examined our unit thoroughly, and it will probably run very well for a long time to come.”
