“Rented here based on the other google reviews that they were satisfied sight unseen and that's what we needed to do to. We did a lease here from another state all online and via phone. It was very easy and pleasant to do. Once we got here the apartment was nice, it had new carpet and paint. The kitchen, fridge, stove, etc. was all very clean. The bathrooms/kitchen are a little outdated but very clean so its not a problem.Their maintenance team is very responsive. The stove had a small gas leak on the back pipes behind the stove and the maintenance guy came in 10 minutes when it was 9pm at night to fix it, and he did. When you call the office, you actually get a person on the phone.They have their own amazon lockers on the end of the complex and that's really handy too. All your amazon orders go there automatically.The apartment is comfy and we are able to feel at home. The third floor has nice high ceilings in the living room and sun window so rarely do we turn on the lights during the day.The laundry room is large and the washer and dryer work really well.I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!”

“I have lived here for about 2.5 years in two different units and honestly, I have loved every second of it. My husband and I plan to stay here until we decide to buy our own house! Everyone in the office is so accommodating anytime anything comes up, maintenance is prompt and respectful, and overall I’ve had zero issues with neighbors or anything of the sort. The pool is amazing in the summer and I love having a great gym on the property. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their future home!”

The neighbors are quiet and polite, people are respectful of each others’ reserved parking spaces and shared outdoor areas, and the team in the office is exceptional. “We have lived here 3 years now after having owned a home for almost 25 years. It's a foreboding thing to go back to apartment living after decades, but every Thursday as the lawnmower passes by, we look at each other and say, "I am so glad we don't have to do that anymore."All of our interactions with staff have been positive. Maintenance is friendly, quick and extremely knowledgeable.The housekeeper comes to our building every Tuesday and keeps the carpeted, lighted hallways looking their best.We consider ourselves very lucky to have found a nice view and an attached garage right across the hall.The rooms are the most spacious of any apartments we looked at. This is the first place we've *ever* lived where we didn't *have* to put our furniture up against a wall in the living room.Our two-bedroom has two bathrooms with a sizeable linen closet in each one. The master bedroom easily accommodates the king-sized bed.The walk-in closets in each bedroom and the entry closet offer even more useable storage than we had in our three-bedroom, split-entry raised ranch. Yes, we did due-diligence downsizing, and we did *not* have to rent a storage unit!I love having the full-sized washer and dryer *in* the apartment. All one level, no steps.The garage is long enough to park our car, accommodate the storage shelves we brought over from the house, and allow for plenty of walking room between them.The heated outdoor pool is open more months a year than you would expect. There is a sauna and an exercise room, and many people do their walking around the complex. There are not many sidewalks to speak of, but people do walk the circuit of roads and parking lots around the place.We lost trees in last year's storm, but they were replaced in a timely manner.Living here is truly a blessing.”

“Amazing staff! They are so kind and they do not get annoyed when you are constantly bothering with a million questions like other apartment communities do. Very helpful and reassuring when the stress of moving gets real. They literally had me approved and ready to go in just a couple of hours after applying! The community is fantastic! Reminds me of a nice hotel with all of the upscale amenities! Furthermore, the actual units are amazingly big, open, and beautiful floorplans with updated appliances! During my apartment search adventures, I have noticed the difference in Seldin Company's properties vs. other properties - Seldin takes the time to effectively plan the construction of the properties instead of just throwing together a cheap property. Tuscany Place is well constructed and very clean. I can see that maintenance staff is on top of their game because the property is so clean and well put together. Even the cleaning lady was amazing, as she took me on a tour around the entire community at last minute as I was trying to confirm my choice in this property. I would hire her as she was very attentive and knew the property in every aspect. Lauri is the Assistant Manager, and she is the kindest and most patient person - She helped me with every single question I had. This is a fantastic team, here at Tuscany Place! They also have a lot of fun events for both the human residents and the furry residents (See their Facebook page for details!). I am so excited to be a part of this engaging community! “I enjoyed Villa Vinee for most of the parts! Their apartments are quite outdated, and not so clean, windows and balconies aren’t isolated properly- and even though I mostly received good communication from the management, some things weren’t just as nice. My previous rental history was excellent, yet, I was threatened to be evicted for receiving mail from the previous tenants… shouldn’t this be investigated before? Also, even though my apartment was left spotless, their disclosure of repair fees was just outrageous and made me feel unwelcome once more. Yet, for the price, you’d enjoy their cozy neighborhood in a perfect location!”

“The Oaks at Lakeview: A Narrative ReviewI spent several years not just living-- but thriving at The Oaks. Now, take my hand, and let’s take a trip down memory lane together.Just kidding, I’ll try to be succinct. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments. I endured several staff changes throughout my time here, and please rest assured that the management AND maintenance staff members were quick to respond, respectful, and made things right when something went wrong (e.g., quickly tended to AC unit when it stopped working, got us a loaner washer when ours decided to open the flood gates, helped me get in touch with the roofing contractors when I got a nail in my car tire to get reimbursed, battled a big spider with fangs that was building his own apartment complex out of his spidery silky webby nastiness outside of my patio door, etc.).To close, moving out was an easy process. You just have to follow the rules you SIGNED YOUR NAME TO IN YOUR LEASING AGREEMENT. That may be a surprise to some of you, but please read the items to which you are agreeing. I read the lease. In fact, I read it every night before bed.I know I just refuted a lot of what these other reviews say, but you can trust me, I’m a doctor now.”
