“My experience with Offutt Collision Repair was excellent and stress free. I went in for a quote for damage done to my vehicle, I filled out a simple form and they went out and took picture right away. They handled everything with insurance and explained everything I needed to do on my end and they kept me posted. I love that they sent updates via text. My vehicle was super clean and fresh when they finished the repairs. It was a lovely touch! The staff at the front desk were courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I knew right away that my vehicle was in trusted hands. I have had no issues since the repairs. This was my first time using offutt collision but if I ever need to again this will be the only place I bring my vehicle!”

I came in looking to charge my car battery and was met with excellent service. Juan M. advised that we do a battery test and sure enough it was faulty. He showed upmost care by detailing the warranty process with a COMPETITOR’S battery, and offered to reassemble and recharge the battery if needed so I could claim the warranty. It was out of warranty, so I decided to purchase with AutoZone.
I’m definitely going to use this specific store as my main auto goods supplier from now on due to his unbiased and caring service. It felt like human-to-human interaction, not just the typical associate-customer experience.”

“I ran out of gas when it was -6 degrees outside and the store manager gave me a ride to the gas station twice and stuck around until he knew my vehicle was running, very little people would go out of there way and help let alone a stranger, if anyone deserves a raise it is that guy thank you again”

“I had to replace the air filters on a pair of vintage Webber 34 ICT carbs. Ordering them from a VW parts supplier would have taken at least to weeks. I went to every parts store in Bellevue, NE and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Being my car is my daily driver and given the lousy weather I couldn't wait two weeks. These guys took the time to not only find high quality K&N air filters for my application, they ordered them for me. I went in at 1500 on a Friday and they called me at 0900 in Monday to come pick them up. My car actually runs better now than it did with stock Webber style filters.
I am extremely impressed by not only the high quality customer service, but by the extremely fair prices. I paid 20 bucks less than what I would have had to pay online for the same product.
As I drive a relatively rare 58 VW bug with a nonstandard engine configuration, I am truly grateful!”
