Within a matter of hours I had a trade in offer that was locked in and I was able to have the car reserved for me to see. At the time I had been going through a knee surgery recovery so the dealership was very understanding and flexible. Upon my trade in and purchase of my Vw, the whole team from management to sales to service was wonderful. Truly appreciate all that Zach did to help me with the process. As of today, December 2023, I still can say I highly value Baxter VW. I have used their service group several times and have consistently been impressed by their communication, timeliness, reliability and transparency. I recently had an issue on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. I was able to drop my car off and leave my the key in the 24/7 service area.”

I sent off about a dozen requests for pricing with shipping late one night via email and only heard back from a few companies since most of them don't really use email.
