“Really good people, our car was stolen and badly damaged, and it has been a long road to being back on the road fully with the Kia. Not any fault of Chalek's, parts are hard to find. They did a great job getting us through a very tough road. We had way more than just body damage, so it was repaired in steps due to parts not being readily available. Chalek's honored their word and fixed a couple of things well after rest of repairs were complete and even waiting for us to get our other car out of the shop, for us to bring it in for last couple of things. “I had to replace the air filters on a pair of vintage Webber 34 ICT carbs. Ordering them from a VW parts supplier would have taken at least to weeks. I went to every parts store in Bellevue, NE and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Being my car is my daily driver and given the lousy weather I couldn't wait two weeks. These guys took the time to not only find high quality K&N air filters for my application, they ordered them for me. I went in at 1500 on a Friday and they called me at 0900 in Monday to come pick them up. My car actually runs better now than it did with stock Webber style filters. I am extremely impressed by not only the high quality customer service, but by the extremely fair prices. I paid 20 bucks less than what I would have had to pay online for the same product. As I drive a relatively rare 58 VW bug with a nonstandard engine configuration, I am truly grateful!”

“Scheduling a service appointment can be a hassle, but this experience was surprisingly smooth. I booked online a week in advance and got a couple of friendly reminder emails leading up to the day. When I arrived, Pat guided me through the necessary forms and giving me a heads-up on how long the process would take.I had been putting off getting the oil change because I'm lazy, then I got a recall from Honda and decided to do both at one location. I had totally forgotten about the free oil change and tire rotation that came with my Honda purchase from a different location a year ago. Pat's time estimate was spot on, and what I appreciated the most was the transparency with the pricing. Everything was laid out clearly before the service, sparing me the surprise hidden fees that can sour the mood - a far cry from a previous ordeal with Nissan. If only all service appointments were this seamless.”
