“I jumped in my car in my garage and my car was not starting. After a few tries, I finally got it started. I immediately called Yeck's and although it was before operating hours, Mark, the owner, answered and told me to bring it right in. When I arrived, he ran diagnostics on my car and found a defective battery. He said to leave it and they would take care of it. Then he offered to give me a ride to my work. They replaced the battery and I picked it up later in the day. What I want to point out was how they went out of their way to limit my inconvenience and to get me to work. I believe Mark went above and beyond. A true testament to the way he cares for his customers! Thank you Yeck's for taking care of me!”
“I previously left a 5 start review based on previous experiences but came back to change it to 2 stars.
Today’s experience is less than desirable starting with the arrival. I arrived at 1015 just after opening. Cars were back up to the street as usual. By the time I make it to the window the only girl working is in a 15 minute call for who knows what. The lady working the first bay realizes it’s backing up and goes to assist. I asked for the works plus I quote I want all the vinyl scrubbed clean. I’m leaving it and will be back when you get it. They call 2 hours later they did the basic wash and lightly cleaned the interior. For $65 on a regular cab truck should be spot less…see pictures below. They also didn’t do the works package another $45 so the missed out on money I was willing to pay.”
“Was having right front caliper problems on my 2012 Ford Escape. Firestone had quoted me ~$1400 for the cost of parts and labor, but got it in to DIY Garage yesterday and they were able to get it taken care of same day (I just wasn't able to pick it up till today) for only ~$840. They even threw in a free replacement for my passenger side headlight bulb, which had been out for a bit and was needing changed, at no additional cost.
I intend to take my car here for any future problems I might have with it, because this is the quality of service I want in a repair shop.”

“10/10 would recommend. My car broke down on the side of the road. I stumbled upon this place through my insurance company. I’m really glad I did. I got it towed there and called ahead. They told me they’d be glad to take a look at it. Right off the bat it was a positive experience. They called me as soon as my vehicle was done and explained the situation. If I ever run into car trouble again I won’t hesitate to give them another try. I was very appreciative of their hasty work and friendly attitude!”

In fact, several area mechanics will use Wally's knowledge, if they themselves are in need of some problem solving answers. Wally Onak's shop has been at this location for years. Yes, the shop got hit from the flood, and Wally lost a lot of his expensive tools and equipment, but, he is back open, and working on vehicles again. My personal opinion is that Wally Onak's Auto Repair Shop is a super honest trust worthy Ma and Pop garage. “My experience with Offutt Collision Repair was excellent and stress free. I went in for a quote for damage done to my vehicle, I filled out a simple form and they went out and took picture right away. They handled everything with insurance and explained everything I needed to do on my end and they kept me posted. I love that they sent updates via text. My vehicle was super clean and fresh when they finished the repairs. It was a lovely touch! The staff at the front desk were courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I knew right away that my vehicle was in trusted hands. I have had no issues since the repairs. This was my first time using offutt collision but if I ever need to again this will be the only place I bring my vehicle!”
