“Really good people, our car was stolen and badly damaged, and it has been a long road to being back on the road fully with the Kia. Not any fault of Chalek's, parts are hard to find. They did a great job getting us through a very tough road. We had way more than just body damage, so it was repaired in steps due to parts not being readily available. Chalek's honored their word and fixed a couple of things well after rest of repairs were complete and even waiting for us to get our other car out of the shop, for us to bring it in for last couple of things. “Gary Schade Auto was amazing. I was having AC trouble right before going on a road trip vacation. I was frantic to get the repair done, but also at a reasonable price and done well. I called 3 different places for estimates in Bellevue. Gary Schade's prices for repairs were reasonable, but most amazingly he was so fast. The hours needed for repair was higher because it was a more complex repair. He needed to keep overnight, but then called me around 8pm to say, he stayed late to get it done and I could pick it up. The whole thing was stressful, but Gary and his staff with their helpful "can do" attitude" quickly got me the resolution I needed. *And he provided a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to juggle getting ride, etc. In 10 years of living in Bellevue, I've used at least 7 different auto shops, usually to get my car in the fastest--Gary Schade Auto is a dynamite option for car repair!”

“I love my truck. I'm very particular about who I let work on it. We usually work on it ourselves but I needed some work done on my exhaust manifold and muffler cuz she sounded like a tractor. From the diagnostics to the completion of the work, I was impressed. Matt is amazing to work with. Really nice guy. The prices were fair and the quality of the work speaks for itself. “Took my car to Terry's Auto to have a problem fix. They fix the problem and the cost was affordable and reasonable for what was done. Almost a week later, all my dash lights lit up, it was crazy. I called Terry's but he couldn't get us in for two weeks and we were leaving for a trip out of state during that time. So we took our car to Jenson Tires & Auto. I asked them what it woud cost for a diagnostics and they told me $75, or $150 if they had to hook up to the diagnostics machine. I gave them permission to hook it to the diagnostics machine.Later they told me what they thought it was but didn't know for sure. I was confused because I told them to hook it to the diagnostics machine if they wern't able to figure it out. Frusrated, I went to pick it up, I was no closer to knowing what was wrong with it before I brought it in.Then they proceded to tell me they could fix the problem for $900.00. I am thinking to myself, they don't know what is wrong with it, but they can fix it for a fee. So I asked them if they would guarantee that would fix the problem. They said there is no way they can guarantee the work. So I kindly said no thank you and took my car.Meanwhile I went on my trip. I put high octane gas in the car and it helped, the lights went out and the car ran better. Meanwhile I had scheduled an appointment with Terry's Auto in Bellevue for when I got back.When I got back, I took my car in to Terry's, they checked the codes, cleaned a few moduels and called me to pick up the car. I asked them how much, they told me no charge. Can you believe that.Services: Steering & suspension replacement”
