“Im such a last minute shopper. I needed a dress for friend’s wedding and checked so many stores with no luck of finding anything! I was already overwhelmed and stressed i came into express and i had two employees who greeted me and also helped me find a few pieces to try, i asked for their honest opinion when i showed them the outfits they pulled for me. They were phenomenal so sweet and i was able to find a super cute little black dress it was also 30% off and i also signed up for point so that was an additional $10 off, total score!!! “My most recent shopping experience at this Old Navy store was on Black Friday. The sale merchandise I went to purchase was clearly displayed. There were enough check out stations open to easily handle the number of shoppers. In spite of Black Friday crowds I was in and out of the store with what I wanted to purchase in less than 15 minutes.”

She’s honest, she gives her opinion whether you like it or not she’ll tell you if it looks good on you or not she came from Village point which I miss her very much now I have to drive 35 minutes to see her and shop with her but it’s worth it today I went crazy because she helped me find what I needed and what look good on me and what really didn’t look good on me. “I like Ross. Usually i find everything I come for in these stores, but this location has a problem a restroom availability. Door is locked and you have to wait for smb to open it. And they did not have fitting rooms opened.”
