“Not a NAVY FEDERAL! It’s a Cobalt Credit Union and you can only use the ATM at this location if you’re a Navy Federal Member.
The tellers there have great customer service and it’s not their fault it’s labeled wrong. Apparently many stop by because Apple Maps shows that it’s a NAVY FEDERAL LOCATION.

Max at the Plattsmouth branch assisted me with obtaining a new card and also kept watch on a pending fraudulent charge on my account. He emailed me the needed documentation to dispute the charge without me having to request it. Max made a stressful situation for me much better. Romelyn, the individual that assisted me, was really thorough in answering my questions and resolving my worries when I had inquiries concerning the charges on my checking account. For having direct deposit, she even offered me the benefit of having my ATM cost reimbursed. That will allow me to use any ATM nearby, which will save me a ton of time and money!
