“My experience at Cobalt Credit Union is very positive. BREANNA was my teller and she was fabulous about getting every single piece of what I needed during my visit. When I approached the counter she asked where I needed to do today. I told her there are three things that I need to accomplish. And she was able to help me with all those three things without asking me again what it was that I needed. She's the entire reason why I gave this location a five star. She is what customer service looks like when you're a member at Cobalt Credit Union. She has a beautiful smile and she was knowledgeable. I'm very proud that I got Brianna because she's a great hire you guys should be very excited for her.
