“i needed a uhaul really fast to get my bike from 1 location to another & called into the store. catherine helped me & she instantly let me know just walk in & she’ll get me in a truck. i got there & was in the truck in less than 5 minutes, this was the easiest uhaul pickup ive had to date so far. once i came back she helped me to look over the truck & make sure it was all intact. ive never been in & out of a uhaul faster than today. go in and see catherine, her good attitude & kindness is worth the trip!”
“This was the first time ever, that I was able to use the app all the way through to rent my equipment! Finally!The trailer had a bad tire which blew out once I got out on the highway. So I returned it and luckily, they had another trailer, which we just swapped. The lady at the counter was wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. But I would suggest placing more gravel or concrete where the trailers park because the tall grass is what made the tire difficult to see.”
