“The rental part is all good they had a truck there waiting for me however the area is horrible the I brought the vehicle back in broad daylight however they were closed at 5:00 I was told to leave it under the canopy but they had returned Vehicles all the way out to the street I then was approached by someone to give them the keys because they worked there but they were so intoxicated and drugged that I realized they did not work there but we're trying to steal the vehicle the area is very bad then was approached by another guy trying to force me to buy him tequila he already had his overnight bag in a returned pickup truck which was unlocked and was going to be his home for the night and before I was able to drop the keys in the Dropbox I was approached by another person to give them money very intimidating there is also a lady that returning a truck that was scared to death because these people approached everyone so I stayed with her until her Uber came however be aware this was in the daytime however they were fair and honest with the receipt”

“Leaving my original 1 star review below in case it helps anyone else. I called and spoke to the general manager and he resolved the issue.Rented a trailer here. Was a little dirty, didn't bother me too much, I swept it out. What did bother me was getting charged $28 for not folding all of the blankets I rented, when nobody mentioned they needed folded at time of rental. This was on top of a $800 trailer rental. U-Haul needs to stop with the scammy charges.”

“2024 Freightliner Ryder rental went down..Freightliner you guys need to do better really!! Nevertheless I arrived at Omaha, NE the Sr. Operations Manager.. Mr. Michael Wagner greeted me. I was tired, hungry and irritated ?.. He cracked few jokes made me laugh.. Got on his computer.. pulled truck in the shop.. realized the issue was bigger than Ryder.. Freightliner issue .. Mr. Wagner got the ball rolling for me another truck.. Allowed me to use his personal vehicle to get me something to eat.. Appreciate you!! There's not enough words to express how comfortable you made my wait time.. Thank you!!”

“Got free upgrade because the hot-head in front of us decided not to take the jeep he had reserved so they gave him our compact car. Giving us their only vehicle. The jeep which was better for us with my chair. All of our luggage and the wheelchair and everything I bought on the trip and the cooler. Pillows and blankets for the cabin. We loved the jeep so much, especially at the compact price, we bought a Sante Fe. Budget is the company I choose as a retired travel agent.”
