Although dealing with some have given me reservations about this particular store, Joseph & Kevin removed any doubts I had. In store they were able to effectively guide me, perform a data transfer on a phone beyond repair, and complete it all in a timely manner before a holiday. Best service ever!!! Always ask for Joseph @ the front desk, he is a pleasure.”

“I just wish there was some follow-up, I’ve been calling once a week for about a month or longer, and I’m told that they are looking for parts, I hate to keep calling but no one is contacting me and now my estimate is much higher than the original quote! So I’m waiting for the outcome, what else can I do UPDATE, Scott did an amazing job repairing my television, it is like brand new, no error messages like I was getting before, my pictures/ screen is bright and sharp and I was charged and extremely fair price!
