Although dealing with some have given me reservations about this particular store, Joseph & Kevin removed any doubts I had. In store they were able to effectively guide me, perform a data transfer on a phone beyond repair, and complete it all in a timely manner before a holiday. Best service ever!!! Always ask for Joseph @ the front desk, he is a pleasure.”

“My iPod Classic would no longer get sound through the headphones and the actual makers Apple, no longer fixes their device, so I called up CPR and they said they can fix it. They where the only store that offered to fix it and saved my super old iPod! The staff was great, honest, and helpful. Goes to show you that they can fix an array of devices from old to new. “Every so often our church experiences technical difficulties and it’s always a new problem that takes forever to figure out. We’ve called in the “pros” in the past (geek squad etc) & it surprised me how annoyed I got with them. I was very clear with them but they figured I was dumb and we all sat there for hours, in silence while dude clicked and clicked staring at the comp monitor and ashamed to say I lost self control. So when I was informed the “pros” were coming last week I rolled my eyes and prepared for insanity. The front door of the church swung open and a 4’ tall women came straight in, introduced herself, shook hands and after a few glances and limited conversation she identified our issues and revealed solutions and told us what needed replaced. She was extremely knowledgeable especially for someone who lives across the river in “Gods Country “. A very fun and pleasant and effective meeting. I can’t remember her name but I think it started with a “C”? Sorry. I think she is in your website photo. The short dark hair woman with the bun in the oven. If she sets the standard for your other employees then your business is doing things right. Geek squad could learn lessons from you. Anyway I didn’t feel right without acknowledging her professionalism (even though I can’t recall her name) and your company. We appreciate you and hope you can figure out who she is and give a nod of respect in her direction for us. Or I can do it myself by breaking a bunch of equipment and calling you back to come fix it. Either way lol

“This is the ONLY phone repair place that opens on Sundays. My phone broke on a Saturday and I couldn't find anywhere so I tried this shop. The staff there named Trevor was so attentive, knowledgeable, super nice and fixed it quicker than I expected!”
“I was on a road trip and it is conveniently located next to the interstate. The gentleman was very nice and quick to figure out why my laptop stopped charging. He tried a few different things and got it working again very quickly so I could get back on the road. Ended up being just my cord so luckily only $20 purchase. Besides that he also reset my battery so it doesn’t die as quickly. Highly recommend.”

“I just wish there was some follow-up, I’ve been calling once a week for about a month or longer, and I’m told that they are looking for parts, I hate to keep calling but no one is contacting me and now my estimate is much higher than the original quote! So I’m waiting for the outcome, what else can I do UPDATE, Scott did an amazing job repairing my television, it is like brand new, no error messages like I was getting before, my pictures/ screen is bright and sharp and I was charged and extremely fair price! This is the place to go if you want your television repaired by professionals. And the customer service IS awesome!!!!”
