“I really do love this hospital and urgent care. I have probably been here about six times and had to wait twice to get into a room. Those two times my wait was about 45 minutes to an hour. The rest of the time I was brought in right away. The staff and nurses are very nice, friendly, and do what they can to make you comfortable and at ease. I have a very complicated medical history 20 years long. The doctors take their time to listen and help as best as they can. I am very thankful to have such a great hospital within 10 minutes of my house. Now I will talk about why I love this hospital so much. I've seen a lot of the other peoples reviews and let me tell you the wait here, even if it's three hours is not too bad. I had to wait at n different hospitals in Southern California for 6-18 hours. Most of the hospitals in Southern California have wait times with a minimum of five hours. Urgent care was usually the same too. That is the reason I am very thankful for this hospital.”

I had one of those days where everything goes wrong and realized at checkout that I had forgotten my wallet. I only had a limited amount of money and was short 90 cents. Kevin, without hesitation, kindly paid the difference so I could get my groceries.
It may seem like a small amount, but the kindness behind it was huge. Kevin treated me with dignity, warmth, and genuine care, and completely turned a stressful moment into a reminder that there are truly good people out there.
Walmart is lucky to have an employee like Kevin. This level of compassion and customer service is rare and deserves recognition. He absolutely deserves a raise and praise from management. Thank you, Kevin, for going above and beyond — I won’t forget it!”

“Since the Galvin store closed the twin Creek was overloaded at first but they have really bounced back. They called back in 1 hour and had a pleasant interaction with the phone staff after I had a complex rx issue . The staff has always been kind. In the past 2 fills there were some technicalities on the insurance end. I used the app to send a message and I got a call back within 15 minutes. Excellent service!”

“This pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers. Sometimes the wait in drive thru is a little longer, but they always offer to do curbside pickup or you can go inside, it's sometimes a little faster. They serve so many people in the local area, they are rarely not busy. They always double check drug interactions/ allergies etc and make sure you or your loved one isn't getting something they medically shouldn't. Their attention to details do matter and should be applauded. It's hard to wait when you or someone you love is sick and needs medication but they do an excellent job and doing it for so many customers. We need more understanding these days especially. Unfortunately many people are sick at the same time and wait time can seem long, but at least you know here, your getting the best care a pharmacy can offer it's customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
