“Shop here for my parents. Love the no plastic bags policy! Staff are pretty nice and this time they were quick to open 2nd lane for long line. Only off note was cashier THROWING bag of potatoes under the counter after I noticed one potato was rotten and advised I no longer wanted them.”

Theres a huge selection of authentic Asian ingredients, whether it’s Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, etc.
The store has been run for decades by the sweetest and most knowledgeable owner. She’s always willing to go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need.
Her homemade kimchi and other side dishes are incredible. And on Fridays and Saturdays, stop by early before her freshly made kimbap sells out. It’s the perfect healthy quick bite.
It’s the only store in town that sells rice cakes and earthenware bowls for bibimbap.
It’s clean, well-stocked, and the prices are reasonable. If you’re in the area, support this local treasure!”

I had one of those days where everything goes wrong and realized at checkout that I had forgotten my wallet. I only had a limited amount of money and was short 90 cents. Kevin, without hesitation, kindly paid the difference so I could get my groceries.
It may seem like a small amount, but the kindness behind it was huge. Kevin treated me with dignity, warmth, and genuine care, and completely turned a stressful moment into a reminder that there are truly good people out there.
