The lobby was closed when the hours on the door said it should be open. When I tried the door, the lady behind the desk rudely said, "We're closed We're closed." Nothing else--no niceties. I don't keep my money and all my banking with you to be treated rudely.

I haven't really done much business with US Bank, but they sent me a generous promotion if I signed up so I went in person. It was a very long wait before someone could help me, but Dominguez took care of me and even stayed late to answer all my questions.
