If you're looking for personal bankers for your household finances, the options and rates they offer are great and their fees are virtually non-existent.
And if you have a business of any size, you would be foolish to not strongly consider Westside State Bank as your primary Bank. Unless of course you don't care about deposit limits without fees, check limits without fees and the overall cost of banking. If your bottom line is important to you, then Westside State Bank should be the bottom line for your banking.
Even though I no longer have a presence in Bellevue and they are over an hour away from me, I still try to maintain a significant financial presence there because of how great they are to work with!”

Romelyn, the individual that assisted me, was really thorough in answering my questions and resolving my worries when I had inquiries concerning the charges on my checking account. For having direct deposit, she even offered me the benefit of having my ATM cost reimbursed. That will allow me to use any ATM nearby, which will save me a ton of time and money! The reasons why people still desire to visit banks are employees like Romelyn.”

“I don't understand these reviews for 1 Star, especially the one from five years ago. The customer service is OUTSTANDING!! We have been working with them for a long time and every time we do business with them they are super helpful and friendly. We have never had an issue so far. I saw one review for inconvenient hours but honestly, you can take care of almost anything common that you need on the app or website. Would give 10 stars if I could.”
