“Elite Motors - Classy company and really honest and friendly crew. My wife and I totalled our '06 Toyota Sienna in April of '25 and have been on a year-long quest to replace it. Came across Elite Motors online, found the van we wanted and made the 200 mile trip from east of KC to check it out. The 2019 Toyota Sienna LE was just as advertized - clean as a whistle and the CARFAX showed it to be very reliably maintained. Made down-payment and came back a week later to pick it up - with a new battery installed. On the way home, just on the edge of Omaha, we drove over a huge truck tire retread which literally shredded the right front wheel-well liner. Max actually offered to pay for its relacement! Once home we waited for a cover piece which was missing from the right side sliding door - after searching Toyota parts in Omaha and KC, nothing was available. Without hesitation, Max sent me a complete door opener mechanism ($600 priced at my Toyota dealership!). Made the swap and life is good!
