“Purchased used vehicle on 3/7. Researched a vehicle online, knew that it had a rebuilt title, found accident pictures and then went to test drive. Hakim was sales person and unprompted told me upfront that vehicle had rebuilt title and about the accident. Since I knew this already, my confidence increased. We had a pre-purchase inspection completed and Optimus fixed the 2 items that were deemed necessary. All in we probably spent maybe an hour to finalize all the details. Very straight-forward experience; no heavy sales pressure. If I find myself in the market for a used vehicle, I will definitely be visiting Optimus again.”

“I've bought a couple vehicles here I liked, but my dodge Dakota I got the wiring harness burned up after a few years. It was an issue with that vehicle. I liked the truck but not the fault of this place...I'll go here again if I want a good used vehicle. I don't like to buy new anymore not worth it to me..I'm giving it 4 stars because Ford f-150 I got 4 years ago still going but reverse works decent when cold but takes a few minutes when warmed up, but not going to fix that problem. Lots of issues with the spark on 2005 model anyway. 210,000 miles on it now. Gonna change the plugs and coil packs again. Replaced them a few years ago might be due..I got the plugs out without a problem being careful as I heard they broke off inside...”
