Drive through closed before 5; inside line 8 deep. One teller working. She was doing a great job but the branch manager stood at the door staring at customers. Never said hello, never offered an explanation for the shortage. Every business is short staffed but having a branch manger stand at the door doing nothing is unacceptable.

I made an appointment today to change my account information and AJ was incredibly helpful and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was a wonderful experience.

The worst bank to do business with Spanish people, first they will open your account with your voter ID and when you want to withdraw your money they don't want to give it to you. Be careful, there are rats, especially here at this bank in Bellevue which is at 370 and 36.
